Installing Website Chat on Flexbe

To install the AlfaChat Website Chat widget on a website built with Flexbe, follow the steps below.

Before you begin, make sure you have already created a Website Chat channel in AlfaChat and copied the widget code.

Installing the widget

1. Sign in to your Flexbe account.

2. Go to Settings.

3. In the left-hand menu, select Widgets.

4. On the page that opens, click Other widget.

5. In the window that opens, complete the fields:

• Widget name - for example, AlfaChat;
• Insertion position - select Before </body>;
• Widget code - paste the code generated in AlfaChat.

After completing the fields, click Connect.

Checking the installation

After connecting the widget, open the published website and make sure the chat widget appears on the page.

We recommend:

• opening the widget;
• sending a test message;
• checking that the message appears in AlfaChat.
