How to use AlfaChat directly on CRM pages and other websites.
The AlfaChat browser extension lets you open existing conversations and start new ones directly on CRM pages and other websites - without switching tabs.
The extension detects phone numbers on the current page. After you click the AlfaChat action, the browser side panel opens: an existing conversation appears immediately, or you can choose a channel and start a new one.
How it works
- Open a page that contains a phone number, for example a customer card in your CRM.
- AlfaChat detects the number on the page.
- Click the AlfaChat action next to the number.
- If a conversation already exists, it opens in the side panel. If not, choose a channel and start a new conversation.

The extension works in Chromium-based browsers:

- Yandex Browser
The extension is currently distributed through the Chrome Web Store. Installing from the store also works in the other browsers listed above.
