Telegram Bot
Connecting Telegram Bot to AlphaChat.
Telegram Bot
Telegram Bot is the official way to communicate with clients via Telegram.
Unlike a regular Telegram account, the bot allows you to send mass messages, automate user interactions, and leverage the Telegram Bot API capabilities.
The main limitation of Telegram Bot is that the bot cannot message a user first. The client must start a dialog with the bot on their own, for example, by following a link or clicking the "Start" button.
