How to send a message from AlfaCRM
On the customer page, click the envelope icon next to the phone number of the contact you want to message.
How to select the integration and enter your message
- In the modal window, select the AlfaChat integration.
- Enter your message.
How to attach files to a message
If you want to send a message without attachments, skip this step.
- Open your AlfaChat account and go to Storage.
- Click Menu — the three vertical dots next to the file you want to send.
- Select Copy for sending from CRM.
How to send a message with an attachment
Return to the AlfaCRM window.
- Paste the copied value into the SMS Text field.
- Click Send.
Important
- Files must be uploaded to AlfaChat Storage before they can be sent.
- You can attach multiple files to one message — simply add each file to the message.
- You can also send an entire folder — all files inside the folder will be sent to the contact.
