Connect AlfaChat to AlfaCRM and manage customer communications
The AlfaChat integration with AlfaCRM allows you to communicate with customers directly from AlfaCRM.
After connecting the integration, you can:
- send messages to customers from their AlfaCRM profile;
- send files and attachments;
- use communication channels connected to AlfaChat;
- save conversation history to AlfaCRM.
For the integration to work correctly, your AlfaCRM pricing plan must include:
- SMS;
- Triggers.
