How to get access to AlphaChat.
To start using AlphaChat, you need to create an organization.
Step 1
Fill out the connection request form via this link
After we process your request, we will create your organization. This usually takes up to 24 hours.
Step 2
You will receive an email from AlfaChat at the address you provided in the request.
The email will include:
- Your personal account URL;
- Login;
- Temporary password;
- CRM connection parameters (if required).

If necessary, set up the AlfaChat integration with your CRM system using the instructions

Log in to your AlfaChat account
Keep the email with the connection parameters. You may need it if you need to reconfigure later.
