Connecting the MAX channel in AlphaChat.
MAX
Connecting MAX takes just a few minutes. Once connected, all messages from the selected MAX account will be available in AlphaChat.
Before connecting, you must disable two-factor authentication (2FA) in the MAX app.
Connecting MAX
- If two-factor authentication is enabled, temporarily disable it in the MAX app settings.
- Open Settings → Channels.
- Click Add channel.
- Select MAX.
- Scan the displayed QR code using the MAX app on your smartphone.
- Wait for the connection to complete.
After successful authorization, the channel will automatically appear in the list of connected channels.
Verifying the Connection
After connection, we recommend that you:
- Make sure the channel appears in the list;
- Send a test message in MAX;
- Verify that the message appears in AlphaChat.
MAX has been successfully connected. You can now receive and send messages via AlphaChat.
Possible Issues
Unable to scan the QR code
Make sure that:
- The QR code is fully displayed on the screen;
- Your phone camera can focus;
- You are using the official MAX app.
Unable to connect the account
Check that two-factor authentication (2FA) is disabled. After the channel is successfully connected, you can re-enable it.
Connection did not complete
Try reconnecting, or delete the channel and connect it again.
